2. Start the engine and warm it up to operating temperature. Stop the engine and wait a few minutes for the oil to drain into the oil pan.

4. Take out the pointer. The oil film level must be between the top 1 and bottom 2 marks on the dipstick. If the oil level approaches or falls below the lower mark, add oil.
Attention! The oil level in the engine crankcase must not be higher than the upper mark on the indicator, otherwise this will lead to increased oil consumption and, possibly, failure of the catalytic converter.
