Removal and installation the thermostat of the large circuit of the cooling system
Drain the coolant. Release the air hoses on the air duct. Disconnect connector "1". Unlock the "arrow" clamps and remove the air duct.
Loosen clamp "4" and disconnect cooling system hose "3". Unscrew screws "arrows" and remove cover "2" from thermostat housing "1".
Remove the thermostat using the T10508 key. Lightly pressing the T10508 key on the thermostat, turn the key in the direction of the arrow.
Installation
Insert the thermostat, making sure the centering pin fits into the "arrow" hole.
Install the thermostat using the "T10508" key. Lightly pressing the "T10508" key on the thermostat, turn the key in the "direction of the arrow" until it stops.
Installation in reverse order.
Note: Replace the gasket.
Lightly moisten the seal with coolant. Fill with coolant,

Remove the coolant pump. Loosen the screws in the sequence -F...A-. Disconnect the coolant pump from the thermostat housing.
Remove thermostat "2" from cooling system pump "1".
Installation
Installation in reverse order.
Note: Replace the gasket.
Lightly wet the seal with coolant. Install the thermostat housing on the coolant pump. The centering pins on the thermostat must enter the corresponding "arrow" holes on the coolant pump. Tighten the thermostat housing screws.
Install the coolant pump. Fill with coolant.
