Removal and installation the door handle
Remove the cover. Pull handle "1" back slightly "arrow a" from the socket in the handle housing. Move the handle along "arrow b". Remove the door handle at a right angle "arrow c" from the support bracket.
Installation
Insert handle "1" at a right angle "arrow a" into the handle housing. Insert handle "1" into the door "arrow b". Press the handle forward with force "arrow c" into the housing socket. Install the protective cover. Then be sure to check the operation of the lock with the door open.
Removal and installation the door lock
Remove the rear door trim. Remove the cover. Unscrew the screws "4". Remove the lock "1" from the door "2".
Disconnecting the drive cable from the door support bracket:
Turn cable "5" by 45° and remove it from the fastening "arrow a". Turn cable "arrow b" so much that it can be unhooked from the eye in the door lock (pos. 1) "arrow c".
Disconnecting the drive cable from the inner door handle drive
Turn the drive cable "6" by 45° and remove it from the holder. Turn the cable "arrow d" so much that it can be unhooked from the eye in the door lock (pos. 1) "arrow e".
Installation
Installation in reverse order. Tightening torque of the screw (pos. 4): 18 Nm. Then it is necessary to check the operation of the lock, since if the cables are not installed and fixed correctly, the lock may not open.
