1. The air cleaner is located in the front left part of the engine compartment. The installation details of the air cleaner and its components are shown in Section 4 Chapter 4.
2. Loosen the air cleaner cover fastener and release the air hose (if necessary, disconnect the sensor connector) and remove the lid.
3. Remove the filter element.
4. Clean the air cleaner housing and install a new filter element.
5. Install the air cleaner cover, tighten its fasteners and secure the hose. If the sensor connector was disconnected, reconnect it.
