Removal and installation sensors (Skoda Yeti 5L)

1. Description of the removal and installation of the assembly of the D/V "F" brake lights and the "F47" clutch pedal position sensor is given in Section 5.

2. The ESP sensor assembly "G419", which includes the lateral acceleration sensor "G200", the yaw rate sensor "G202" and the longitudinal acceleration sensor "G251", is integrated into the ABS control unit "J104".

3. Wheel sensors are installed in the steering knuckles (in the case of front sensors, see Illustration 2.1 Chapters 8) or in the rear hub assembly holders (in the case of rear sensors, see illustrations 3.1a-b Chapters 8). To remove the ABS wheel sensor, jack up the car and place it on reliable supports. Then disconnect the sensor connector, unscrew its mounting bolt and pull the sensor out of the steering knuckle or from the rear hub assembly holder. Before installing the sensor, clean the inner surface of its mounting hole and lubricate the sensor with high-temperature grease G 052 112 AZ. Tighten the sensor mounting bolt with a force of 8 Nm.

4. The steering wheel angle sensor "G85" is built into the steering gear and cannot be replaced separately.
