Intake air temperature sensor



Removal



1. Remove the air filter housing assembly (for more details, see the relevant section in the chapter Intake and exhaust system).

2. Disconnect the wiring harness connector (arrow) shown in the figure below.

3. Unlock the clamps (arrows) and remove the intake air temperature sensor as shown in the figure below.

Installation



Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

Note:
  • The sensor sealing ring must always be replaced after disassembly.
  • If the mounting clamps were damaged during removal, the sensor can be secured with mounting screws. Tightening torque of sensor mounting screws: 3 Nm.


Install the air filter housing assembly (for more details, see the relevant section in the chapter Intake and exhaust system).

Fuel pressure sensor



Removal



1. Disconnect the wiring harness connector (1) shown in the figure below.

Note: Place a clean cloth under the fuel pressure sensor to collect any leaking fuel.


2. Using a wrench with a special head (27 mm) (T40218), unscrew the fuel pressure sensor (2), shown in the figure below.

Installation



Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

Note:
  • When installing the fuel pressure sensor, its threaded part must be dry.
  • Tighten the fuel pressure sensor to a torque of 22 Nm.
