1. The drive shaft assembly parts are shown in the illustrations.

5.1a. Front Drive Shaft Installation Details…

5.1a. Front Drive Shaft Installation Details "VL100" 1. Outer CV joint, replaced as an assembly; 2. Hub bolt, to be replaced, 70 Nm, then tighten to an angle of 90°; 3. Right drive shaft; 4. Large clamp of boot 5, subject to replacement; 5. Outer CV joint boot; 6. Small clamp of boot 5, subject to replacement; 7. Disc spring, installed with a smaller diameter towards the end of the shaft; 8. Support ring; 9. The retaining ring, subject to replacement, is inserted into the groove on the shaft; 10. The inner CV joint boot, without a ventilation hole, is removed from the CV joint using a mandrel. Before installation, apply D454 300A2 grease to the sealing surface; 11. Clamp of anther 10; 12. Left drive shaft; 13. Washer, subject to replacement; 14. Bolts, subject to replacement, 10 Nm, then 40 Nm (bolts M8x48) or 70 Nm (bolts M0x52); 15. Retaining ring; 16. Self-adhesive gasket, replaceable, glued to the CV joint; 17. Inner CV joint, replaced as an assembly; 18. Disc spring, installed with a larger diameter towards the end of the shaft

5.1b. Front Drive Shaft Installation Details "VL107" 1. Outer CV joint, replaced as an assembly; 2. Hub bolt, to be replaced, 70 Nm, then tighten to an angle of 90°; 3. Small clamp of boot 4, subject to replacement; 4. Outer CV joint boot; 5. Large clamp of boot 4, subject to replacement; 6. Disc spring, installed with a smaller diameter towards the end of the shaft; 7. Support ring; 8. The retaining ring, subject to replacement, is inserted into the groove on the shaft; 9. The inner CV joint boot, without a ventilation hole, is removed from the CV joint using a mandrel. Before installation, apply D454 300A2 grease to the sealing surface; 10. Disc spring, installed with a large diameter at the end of the shaft; 11. Small boot clamp 9, subject to replacement; 12. Drive shaft; 13. Cover, subject to replacement; 14. Retaining ring; 15. Self-adhesive gasket, replaceable, glued to the CV joint; 16. Inner CV joint, replaced as an assembly; 17. Cover, removed using a mandrel, apply D454 300A2 grease to the sealing surface before installation; 18. Washer, subject to replacement; 19. Bolts, subject to replacement, 10 Nm, then 40 Nm (bolts M8x48) or 70 Nm (bolts M0x52); 20. Large boot clamp 9, subject to replacement

5.1c. Rear Drive Shaft Installation Details 1. Outer CV joint, replaced as a whole, during installation it is driven in with a plastic hammer until it stops; 2. Hub bolt, to be replaced, 70 Nm, then tighten to an angle of 90°; 3. Drive shaft; 4. Small clamp of boot 5, subject to replacement; 5. Outer CV joint boot; 6. Large clamp of boot 5, subject to replacement; 7. Disc spring, installed with a smaller diameter towards the end of the shaft; 8. Support ring; 9. The retaining ring, subject to replacement, is installed in the groove on the shaft; 10. Small clamp of boot 11, subject to replacement; 11. The inner CV joint boot, without a ventilation hole, is removed from the CV joint using a mandrel. Before installation, apply D454 300A2 grease to the sealing surface; 12. Bolts M8x48, subject to replacement, 10 Nm, then tighten to a force of 20 Nm, then tighten to an angle of 180°; 13. Washer, subject to replacement; 14. Retaining ring, subject to replacement; 15. Gasket, subject to replacement; 16. Inner CV joint, replaced as an assembly; 17. Disc spring with internal splines, installed with a larger diameter towards the end of the shaft
