Details of the ignition system of engines 1.4 l, 55 and 74 kW
1 - high-voltage wire; 2 - ignition module; 3 - connecting block of the ignition module; 4 – a bolt of fastening of the module of ignition; 5 - connecting block of the sensor; 6 - knock sensor; 7 – a bolt of fastening of the gauge; 8 - connecting block; 9 - camshaft position sensor; 10 - sealing ring; 11 – sensor fastening bolt; 12 - wire holder; 13 - candle
Engines 1.0 l, 37 kW and 1.4 l, 50 kW
1. Disconnect the wire from the terminal «-» battery.
2. Remove the top engine cover.
3. Disconnect block 3 (see fig. Details of the ignition system of engines 1.0 l, 37 kW and 1.4 l, 50 kW) from ignition module 1.
4. Unscrew the two mounting bolts 8 and remove the ignition module 1.
5. Install the ignition module in reverse order.
Engines 1.4 l, 55 and 74 kW
1. Disconnect the wire from the terminal «-» battery.
2. Remove the top engine cover.
3. Disconnect high voltage wires 1 (see fig. Details of the ignition system of engines 1.4 l, 55 and 74 kW) from the ignition module 2.
4. Disconnect block 3 from ignition module 1.
5. Turn away bolts 4 fastenings and remove the module of ignition 2.
6. Install the ignition module in reverse order.
