Camshaft drive parts for 1.4 l, 55 and 74 kW engines
1 - the top cover of the camshaft drive belts; 2 – a bolt of fastening of a tension roller; 3 - tension roller of the exhaust camshaft drive belt; 4 – a belt of a drive of a final camshaft; 5 – a bolt of fastening of a back cover; 6 - back cover; 7 - bolt; 8 – a bolt of fastening of an eye; 9 - eye; 10 – a bolt of fastening of a directing roller; 11 - guide roller; 12 - bracket; 13 - bracket mounting bolt; 14 - water pump gasket; 15 - water pump; 16 - tension roller of the camshaft drive belt; 17 - guide roller; 18 – a bolt of fastening of a directing roller; 19 - crankshaft pulley; 20 – a bolt of fastening of a tension roller; 21 - camshaft drive belt; 22 – a bolt of fastening of the bottom cover; 23 - generator drive pulley; 24 – a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a cranked shaft; 25 - generator drive belt; 26 - the lower cover of the camshaft drive belts; 27 - bracket mounting bolt; 28 – arm of the right support of the power unit
1. Remove the top cover (see subsection 2.1).
2. After unfastening the latches, remove the top cover 1 of the camshaft drive belt.
3. Turn the crankshaft so that the holes in the camshaft pulleys are opposite each other, as shown in the figure.
4. Check the coincidence of marks 1 on the alternator drive pulley and 2 on the lower belt cover.
5. If the lower belt cover is removed, check that mark 1 on the front cover of the cylinder block matches the sheared tooth 2 on the crankshaft pulley.
