Decorative large-size caps are attached to wheels with steel disks. They cover the entire disk up to the rim flange, on which the outer tongue-shaped edge of the cap is located. The cap is attached with several elastic plastic pins to the safety radial projections on the rim. To fasten the plastic pins and increase their pressure, an elastic steel wire ring is inserted along the entire inner contour, snapped into the pins of the pins.
Wheels with aluminum rims are not covered with plastic caps.
