Release coolant hose -2-. Unlock catches -arrows- and remove top section of air duct -1-.
Unscrew left and right screws -arrow-. Detach bottom part of air duct -1- from mountings and remove.
Raise clamp -arrow- and detach upper right coolant hose from radiator.
Simultaneously press both latches -arrows- of the radiator support, e.g. with screwdrivers, and remove the support from the fasteners on both sides. Tilt the radiator towards the passenger compartment.
Note: Radiator support -1- does not need to be replaced if the mounting is broken. The retainer can be replaced with a special screw -3-.
Release locks on right and left on radiator -1- -arrow A- and lift condenser. Press the radiator down until the lower support is compressed and hang the condenser -2- off the radiator -1-. Tie the capacitor to the front carrier panel. Remove the radiator together with the intercooler from the vehicle.
Simultaneously press the locks of the radiator -arrow- on the left and right and remove the engine cooling radiators from the intercooler cooling radiator. Fix the intercooler cooling radiator.
Installation
Installation in reverse order.
Note: If properly assembled, the radiator, condenser or intercooler fins may be slightly dented. This is not a damage. It is not necessary to replace radiators, condensers or intercoolers due to such minor dents. Lure O-rings. After replacing the radiator, it is necessary to replace the entire coolant.
Install the front bumper. Install fan shroud. Fill up the coolant.
