Release coolant hose "2". Unlock the clamps "arrows" and remove the upper part of the air duct "1".
Unscrew the screw "arrow" on the left and right. Disconnect the lower part of the air duct "1" from the fasteners and remove.
Lift the clamp "arrow" and disconnect the upper right coolant hose from the radiator.
Press both "arrow" locks of the radiator support at the same time, for example, with screwdrivers, and remove the support from the fasteners on both sides. Tilt the radiator towards the passenger compartment.
Note: If the fastening breaks, the radiator support "1" does not need to be replaced. The retainer can be replaced with a special screw "3".
Unlock the clamps on the right and left of the radiator "1" "arrow A" and lift the condenser. Press the radiator down until the lower support is compressed and hang the condenser "2" from the radiator "1". Tie the condenser to the front support panel. Remove the radiator from the car together with the intercooler.
Press the radiator clamps "arrow" on the left and right at the same time and remove the engine cooling radiators from the intercooler cooling radiator. Secure the intercooler cooling radiator.
Installation
Installation in reverse order.
Note: When assembled correctly, the radiator, condenser or intercooler fins may be slightly dented. This is not damage. It is not necessary to replace the radiator, condenser or intercooler due to such minor dents. Tighten the sealing rings. After replacing the radiator, it is necessary to replace all the coolant.
Install the front bumper. Install the fan shroud. Fill with coolant.
