Removal and installation the front coolant pipe
Unscrew bolts -1, 3-. Unlock the "arrow" lock and remove cover "2".
Release coolant hose "2". Unlock the clamps "arrows" and remove the upper part of the air duct "1".
Unscrew the screw "arrow" on the left and right. Disconnect the lower part of the air duct "1" from the fasteners and remove.
Clamp coolant hoses -1, 2- using hose clamps up to 25 mm "3094" and remove. Loosen clamps and disconnect cooling system hoses. Unscrew screws "arrows" and remove front coolant pipe.
Installation
Installation in reverse order.
Note: Secure all hose connections with suitable serial clamps.
Check the coolant level.
Removal and installation the upper coolant pipe
Remove the ignition coil of the 3rd cylinder. Unlock the "arrow" clamps and remove the wire guide "1" from the bracket.
Clamp the coolant hoses "arrows" using clamps for hoses up to 25 mm "3094" and remove. Loosen the clamps and disconnect the cooling system hoses. Unscrew screw "1" and remove the upper coolant pipe.
Installation
Installation in reverse order.
Note: Secure all hose connections with suitable serial clamps.
Check the coolant level.
