Note: Cut the glass adhesive layer to a thickness of 1-2 mm to apply fresh adhesive. When performing this operation, be extremely careful not to damage the glass surface.
Attention. Do not prime the glass adhesive or clean it with detergents. Avoid getting dirt and oil products on the cut layer of glass.
Preparing new glass
Note: The surface of new glass does not have any adhesive or primer coating.
Using a special cleaning solution (D00940104), rinse and clean the 20 mm wide glass contact surface.
Wipe the glass contact surface dry with a lint-free cotton cloth
Attention. The contact surface of the new glass is not primed. Therefore, before applying the glue, it is necessary to apply a special primer to the edge of the glass (D 009 200 02).
Apply glue to the glass in an even layer around the entire perimeter (D 009 500 25). The minimum setting time for the glue is approximately 10 minutes.
