Glass marking
All door glass after tinting have a greenish tint. For safety purposes, the glasses are tempered, their thickness is 4±0.2 mm. At the front doors, the windows are lowered; at the rear doors in the front of the glass is also lowered, in the rear of the glass is motionless. The glasses have a manufacturer's mark, a homologation badge and a digital designation.
In the front doors, the windows are guided by two power window strips, since in the rubber profile of the door groove there is a glass guide for the entire course only on the rear side, at the B-pillar. The rear doors can only have one power window guide rail, as the glass is guided in a rubber profile on both sides for the full length of the stroke. Given that the rear doors descend in an arc at the top and the upper edge of the glass follows this curve, this results in the glass protruding slightly at the B-pillar above the seal line in the lower travel position.

The rear edge of the glass of the rear doors is guided by a rubber profile with polyamide pile. The profile is embedded in the front of the bar (approx profile H). This bar is bolted to the top of the upper bracket to the door frame (the bolt is inserted from below, see sec. О–О in fig. Seal for sliding and fixed glass rear doors). At the bottom, the bar is bolted to the stiffener of the inner door leaf. The bar passes through the slot of the inner seal along the contour. A rubber profile is embedded in the back of the bar (U). Invested in it (in pre-assembly) the fixed glass of the rear doors and, together with the said strip, a contour seal of the inner frame of the door is inserted.
The rubber edge formed by the internal contour seal of the glazing door is found in all side doors from several different profiles combined by vulcanization. In the front doors, a seal is inserted into the door frame in the front, top and rear parts, on the surfaces of the window guides of which there is a polyamide pile. But the seal is simultaneously adapted in shape in such a way that its outer part cleans the connection of the frame with the outer leaf of the door. In the opposite direction, the seal again cleans the connection of the frame with the inner leaf of the door.
The front doors have a separate outer seal for cleaning and are seated on the pillar of the outer door leaf. In the rear doors, the outer cleaning seal is vulcanized to the transition profile and the top profile of the door.
Internal cleaning seal seated on the post of the inner door leaf (connected to a stiffener) and at the same time also forms a groove for fitting, and thus the fixing of the upper edge, which forms the upholstered door panel. The rubber door seal profiles are shown in fig. Sliding and Fixed Glass Seal for Rear Doors and Sliding Glass Seal for Front Doors.
