Removal
1. Remove the front door trim panel assembly (for more details, see the relevant section in this chapter).
2. Disconnect the wiring harness connector (2) of the wiring line (3) for controlling the outside rearview mirror (1), as shown in the figure below.
3. Unscrew the fastening screw (4) shown in the figure below.
4. First move the mirror assembly (1) downwards in the direction of the arrow as shown in the figure below, then detach it from the door glass frame guide (2).
5. Remove the wiring harness (3) through the hole in the door body as shown in the figure below.
Installation
1. Check and ensure that the insulator is installed correctly.
2. Pull the wiring harness (3) through the hole in the door body (if the car is equipped).

3. Install the outside mirror (1) on the door as shown in the figure below.
4. Install the mounting screws (4) shown in the figure below. Tighten the mounting screws to a tightening torque of 12 Nm.
5. Connect the wiring harness connector (2) shown in the figure below.
