Front wheel arch liner
Removal
1. Unscrew the mounting bolts and remove the front wheel assembly.
2. Unscrew the fastening screws (3) shown in the figure below.
3. Pull down the front wheel arch liner (1) as shown in the figure below. Remove the liner.
Installation
Note: Check the mounting nuts (2) for damage and replace them with new ones if necessary.

1. Install the mudguard assembly into the wheel arch (1) as shown in the figure above.
2. Install and tighten the mounting screws (2) shown in the figure above to the required tightening torque. The tightening torque for the screws during installation is 2 Nm.
Rear wheel arch liner
Removal
1. Unscrew the mounting bolts and remove the rear wheel assembly.
2. Unscrew the fastening screws (4) shown in the figure below.
3. Pull down and remove the wheel arch liner assembly (1) as shown in the figure below.
Installation
Note: Check the mounting nuts (2) and (3) for damage and replace them with new ones if necessary.
1. Install the rear wheel arch liner (1).
2. Screw in the fastening screws (2) shown in the figure above with a tightening torque of 2 Nm.
3. Install the rear wheel. Tighten the wheel mounting bolts to the required tightening torque.
