Removal



1. Unscrew the screws securing the front part of the front wheel arch liner.

2. Unscrew the fastening screws (1) shown in the figure below. Tightening torque during installation 1.5 Nm.

3. Unscrew the fastening screws (2) shown in the figure below. Tightening torque during installation 1.5 Nm.

4. Disconnect the front bumper on the right and left sides from the guide elements on the front fenders, near the headlights.

5. Disconnect the front bumper from the side guides.

6. Remove the front bumper (3) as a whole, moving it parallel to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle.

Note: This operation requires the assistance of a second mechanic.


7. Disconnect the vehicle's electrical wiring harness connectors from the inside of the bumper

8. Disconnect (if present) cleaner hoses.

Installation



1. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

2. Check and make sure that the gap between the bumper and the rest of the car panels is minimal and uniform.
