Removal and installation the rear seat cushion cover and padding (Skoda Rapid NH1)

Removal

1. Remove the rear seat cushion assembly (for more details, see the relevant section in this chapter)

2. Disconnect all retaining clips (arrows) around the perimeter of the rear seat cushion cover, as shown in the figure below.



3. Roll up the rear seat cushion cover on all sides (1) as shown in the figure below.

4. Disconnect all rear seat cushion padding retaining clips (3) as shown in the figure below.

5. Remove the cover (1) from the rear seat cushion padding (2) as shown in the figure below.

Installation

1. Connect the cover (1) using new clips (3) to the rear seat cushion padding (2) as shown in the figure below, using the special tool (VAG 1634).





2. Further installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
