The hydraulic brake reservoir is located on the left side of the engine compartment of the vehicle. For right-hand drive vehicles, the reservoir is located on the opposite side of the engine compartment.
Turn off the engine.
Open the engine hood.
Check the brake fluid level on the reservoir. The level should be within the marks "MIN and "MAX".
A slight decrease in the fluid level is observed during the movement of the car due to wear and automatic adjustment of the brake linings, which is quite normal.
If within a short time there is a significant drop in the liquid level or the level drops below the mark "MIN", then this may indicate an existing violation of the tightness of the brake system. Too low brake fluid level is indicated by warning light. In this case, stop immediately and do not continue driving the vehicle! Seek help from professionals.
Attention.
- If the liquid level falls below the mark "MIN" do not continue driving - risk of accident!
