2. If topping up is necessary, first wipe the area around the filler cap. When adding liquid, pour it carefully so as not to spill onto the painted surface. Use only the one specified in Specifications liquid, otherwise the system may fail if different types of liquids are mixed (see illustration).
Warning: Brake fluid can damage your eyes and painted vehicle surfaces, so be extremely careful when handling it. Do not use fluid that has been left open for some time, as it absorbs moisture from the air, which may result in loss of braking performance.
3. When adding liquid, it is recommended to check how dirty the tank is.
4. After filling the fluid to the correct level, securely install the cap.
5. The fluid level in the master cylinder reservoir will drop slightly as the brake pads wear. If an additional charge is required, this indicates a leak somewhere in the system, which must be immediately identified and repaired.
