1. Description of removal-installation of assembly D/V "F" brake lights and sensor "F47" See Section 5 for clutch pedal positions.
2. Assembly "G419" ESP sensors, including the sensor "G200" lateral acceleration, sensor "G202" yaw and sensor "G251" longitudinal acceleration, on models with block "Mark 60EC" built into the block "J104" ABS controls. On models with block "Mark 60" (until week 21, 2009) this assembly of sensors is installed separately on the central tunnel: between the transmission control lever and the parking brake lever.
3. Wheel sensors are installed in the steering knuckles (in case of front sensors, see illustration 2.1 of chapter 8) or in holders of rear hub assemblies (in case of rear sensors, see illustrations 3.1 a-b of Chapter 8). To remove the ABS wheel sensor, jack up the vehicle and place it on jack stands. Then disconnect the sensor connector, unscrew the sensor mounting bolt and pull the sensor out of the steering knuckle or from the holder of the rear hub assembly. Before installing the sensor, clean the inner surface of its mounting hole and lubricate the sensor with high-temperature grease G052 112AZ. Tighten the sensor mounting bolt with a force of 8 Nm.
4. Sensor "G85" The steering angle adjustment is built into the steering gear and is not separately replaced.
