Removal and installation the front left coolant pipe (Skoda Octavia 5E)

Remove the upper engine casing. Drain the coolant. Unscrew bolts -1, 3-, Unlock the clamp "arrow" and remove the cover "2". Release the coolant hose "2". Unlock the clamps "arrows", remove the upper part of the air duct "1". Unscrew the screw "arrow" on the left and right. Unhook and remove the lower part-1- of the air duct.

For vehicles with engine letter designation CLHA, CLHB, CKFB, CKFC, CUPA, CRVC

Lift the fastening bracket "1" and remove the cooling system nipple. Unscrew the screw "2". Loosen the clamps "arrows", disconnect the cooling system hoses. Remove the front left coolant pipe.

For vehicles with engine letter designation CRKB

Remove the air filter. Lift the fastening bracket "1" and remove the cooling system nipple. Unscrew the screw "2". Loosen the clamps "arrows" and disconnect the cooling system hoses. Remove the front left coolant pipe.

Installation

Installation in reverse order.

Note: Use original spring clamps, similar to those installed at the factory, to secure all hose connections.

Fill with coolant.
