Removal and installation the front upper coolant pipe (Skoda Octavia 5E)

Remove the upper engine casing. Drain the coolant. Unscrew bolts -1, 3-. Unlock the lock "arrow" and remove the cover "2".



Release coolant hose "2". Unlock the clamps "arrows", remove the upper part of the air duct "1".



Unscrew the screw "arrow" on the left and right. Unhook and remove the lower part "1" of the air duct.



Remove bracket "1" with fuel hoses. Unscrew screws "arrows". Loosen clamp "3" and remove coolant hose. -Position 2- ignore.

For vehicles with engine code CLHA, CLHB, CKFB, CKFC, CUPA, CRVC

Unscrew bolts -1, 2-. Loosen clamps "arrows", disconnect cooling system hoses. Remove front upper coolant pipe.

For vehicles with engine letter designation SNKB

Unscrew bolts -1, 2-. Loosen clamps "arrows", disconnect cooling system hoses. Remove front upper coolant pipe.

Installation

Installation in reverse order.

Note: Use original spring clamps, similar to those installed at the factory, to secure all hose connections.
