Remove the oil filter bracket. Unscrew the screws "arrows". Loosen the clamp "2" and remove the air duct "1".

For vehicles with engine code CLHA, CLHB, CKFB, CKFC, CUPA, CRVC
Unscrew the "arrow" screws and push aside bracket "1" with the wiring harness.

For vehicles with engine letter designation CRKB
Remove the throttle control unit "J338".
Further for all cars
Lift the fastening bracket "4" and remove the cooling system hose. Unscrew the screws "arrows". Pull the locking bracket "2" and pull and remove the thermostat housing "3" from the front lower coolant pipe "1".

Loosen clamp "1" and remove the coolant hose. Unscrew screw "4". Pull off and remove the front lower coolant pipe "3", without damaging the vacuum line "2".

Installation
Installation in reverse order.
Note: Replace sealing gaskets and rings after removal. Use original clamps similar to those installed at the factory to secure all hose connections.
Clean or polish the mating surfaces under the seals and O-rings. Lubricate the seals and O-rings with coolant. Install the oil filter bracket. Connect the cooling system hose with a quick-release coupling. Fill with coolant.
