Note: During installation, install all heat-protective cuffs in their places.
Remove the upper engine casing. Drain the coolant. Remove the lower coolant pipe. Remove the left coolant pipes. Remove the inlet pipe.
For vehicles with engine code CLHA, CLHB, CKFB, CKFC, CUPA, CRVC
Open the heat shield "1". Remove the electrical connector "4" from the bracket, disconnect it and release the electrical wire. Disconnect the electrical connectors -3, 5- and release the wiring harness. Unscrew the screw "2" and put the bracket with the differential pressure sensor "G505" back.
For vehicles with engine letter designation CRKB
Open the heat shield "1". Disconnect the electrical connectors -3, 4, 5, 6- and release the wiring harness. Unscrew the screw "2".
Disconnect and set aside the vacuum hose "arrow". Remove the holder with the differential pressure sensors and set it back.
All
Disconnect hose "1" of the crankcase ventilation system from the cylinder head cover by pressing the hose clamps. Release the vacuum hoses "arrows" on the air pipe. Unscrew screw "2", move the air duct with the intake manifold fitting back and disconnect from the turbocharger. - Ignore position 3.
Loosen clamp "1" and remove the coolant hose. Loosen screw "2", unscrew screw "3" and turn the coolant hose to the side.
Disconnect the connectors and release the wire harnesses.

Car with independent heater
Unscrew the nuts "arrows" and push the coolant pipes slightly to the side. -Positions 1, 2, 3- ignore.

All-wheel drive vehicles
Disconnect the right drive shaft from the angular transmission.
All
Push aside the heat shield and disconnect connector "5". Loosen hose clamp "3", remove air hose. Loosen clamp "4" and remove cooling system hose. Unscrew screw "1" and loosen screw "2". -Ignore position 6.
Unscrew screw "1", remove the clamping sleeve. Loosen stud "2", press back the coolant pipe slightly. Unscrew screws "arrows", press back the exhaust gas neutralization module and the exhaust gas recirculation cooling radiator.
Loosen clamp "1" and remove the coolant hose. Unscrew stud "2" and screw "3", remove the rear right coolant pipe.
Installation
Installation in reverse order.
Note: Replace the sealing ring after removal. Use original spring clamps similar to those installed at the factory to secure all hose connections.
Install the exhaust gas aftertreatment module. Install the exhaust pipe. Install the rear coolant pipe. Install the left coolant pipes. Fill with coolant.
