On the end face of doors not equipped with lock cylinders, there is an emergency locking mechanism, which is visible only when the door is open. Remove the cover plate A. Insert the key into the hole B and turn it in the direction of the arrow to a horizontal position (on the right door - in a mirror image). Install the cover plate. After the door is closed, it is no longer possible to open it from the outside. By pulling the inner opening handle, the door can be unlocked and then opened from the outside.

Fold the rear seat back forward, Insert the ignition key into the slot in the trim until it stops - A. Unlock the door by moving it in the direction of the arrow. Open the trunk lid.
Unlocking (Combi)
Fold the rear seat back forward. Insert a screwdriver or other suitable tool into the trim opening – B until it stops. Unlock the door in the direction of the arrow. Open the trunk lid.

Emergency release of the selector lever

Apply the parking brake. Open the storage compartment in the front of the centre console. Grasp cover 1 in the area indicated by the arrows and carefully lift it in the direction of arrow 2, first at the front and then at the rear. Use your finger to press the yellow plastic catch in the direction of arrow 3. At the same time, press the release button on the selector lever handle and move the selector to position N. If the selector is moved back to position P, it will lock again.
