Note: When installing, return all heat-protective cuffs to their original positions.
Open the "arrow" cap of the expansion tank. Remove the noise-insulating casing. Release the wire harnesses "1" and "2" secured to the air duct. Loosen the clamp "3". Unscrew the "arrow" screws and remove the air duct.
Loosen the clamp "arrow" and remove the air hose "1" from the intercooler.
Open the heat shield "3". Disconnect the connector "1". Clamp the coolant hoses at the coolant circulation pump after the engine is switched off - V51 - with clamps and "3094". Loosen the clamps "arrows" and disconnect the cooling system hoses. Unscrew the screw -2- and remove the coolant circulation pump after the engine is switched off "V51".
Installation
Installation in reverse order.
Note: Secure all hose connections with suitable serial clamps.
Check the coolant level.
