Loosen the clamp "arrow" and remove the air hose "1" from the intercooler.
Unscrew the screw "arrow" on the left and right. Disconnect the lower part of the air duct "1" from the fasteners and remove.

Lift the fastening bracket "1", remove the coolant nipple and push it to the side.
Disconnect connectors -2, 3 and 4-, unscrew screws "1" and put the bracket aside.
Disconnect connector "1" from oil pressure sensor, step 3-F447- "2". Unscrew the "arrow" screws and remove the toothed belt cover.
Unscrew screws -1...4- and remove the toothed belt from the coolant pump. Unscrew screws -1...4- and remove the coolant pump from the thermostat actuator "N493".
Installation
Installation in reverse order. Install the cooling system pump, ensure that the "arrow" is seated correctly. At the same time, ensure that the seal "3" is positioned correctly.
When installing a new cooling system pump, remove the protective cap "arrow". Fill with coolant.
