Removal and installation the fuel filler flap with cover (Skoda Superb B6)

1. Unscrew the bolt (3 on the accompanying illustration) and carefully pull the hatch assembly (2) slightly out of the rear wing, avoiding damage to the paintwork.



2. Pull the rubber part of the assembly through the neck of the tank and pull the drain hose out of the assembly (4 in illustration 8.1).

3. If it is necessary to remove the fuse block (1 in illustration 8.1), turn off the ignition, disconnect the connector in the luggage compartment and pull the electrical wiring out through the hole in the wheel arch.

4. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Tighten the bolt with a force of 1.5 Nm.
