Primary (leading) shaft
1 - screw M17, 150 Nm (replace); 2 - disc spring; 3 - sliding sleeve / carriage (hub) synchronizer for 5th gear; 4 - thrust ring (prevents travel stops from falling out); 5 - sliding clutch 5th gear 6 - carriage (sliding hub) synchronizer for 5th gear; 7 - stroke limiter (3 pcs.); 8 - spring (2 pcs.); 9 – countersunk head screw M 7 x 23.15 Nm (4 things.); 10 - deep groove ball bearing (when assembling the primary (leading) shaft is pressed into the gearbox housing); 11 - clamping (tension) sheet (fixes a deep groove ball bearing); 12 - gear-carriage of the 4th gear; 13 - synchronizer blocking ring for 4th gear (check the degree of wear); 14 - retaining ring (replace); 15 - sliding clutch with carriage (sliding hub) synchronizer for 3rd and 4th gears (press out together with the gear-carriage for 3rd gear); 16 - sliding clutch; 17 - carriage (sliding hub) synchronizer; 18 - stroke limiter (3 pcs.); 19 - spring (2 pcs.); 20 - primary (leading) shaft; 21 - clutch housing; 22 - needle bearing (for primary (leading) shaft); 23 - sealing ring for the clutch pressure plate rod (can be replaced when dismantled (not dismantled) gearbox; remove by lever action of a screwdriver; 24 - bearing sleeve for the clutch pressure plate rod (can be replaced when dismantled (unassembled) gearbox); 25 - needle bearing (for 3rd gear); 26 - gear-carriage of the 3rd gear; 27 - synchronizer blocking ring for 3rd gear (check the degree of wear); 28 - needle bearing (for 4th gear); 29 - gearbox housing; 30 - compensation gasket (for primary (leading) shaft); 31 - thrust bearing (after installing the 5th gear blocking ring (position 34) put on the gear-carriage of the 5th gear (position 33) on the carriage (sliding hub) synchronizer, position 7); 32 - needle bearing (for 5th gear); 33 - gear-carriage of the 5th gear; 34 - synchronizer blocking ring for 5th gear (check the degree of wear)
