Attention! When installing new gears or a new secondary (driven) shaft, observe the technical data.
Caution! If the secondary (driven) shaft or tapered roller bearing is replaced, the secondary (driven) shaft must be adjusted.
Secondary (driven) shaft
1 – gearbox housing cover; 2 – retaining ring for 5th gear carriage gear (replace); 3 – thrust bearing; 4 – 5th gear carriage gear; 5 – gearbox housing; 6 – needle bearing; 7 – retaining ring for 4th gear carriage gear (replace); 8 – 4th gear carriage gear; 9 – retaining ring for 3rd gear carriage gear (replace, re-determine thickness); 10 – 3rd gear carriage gear; 11 – 2nd gear carriage gear; 12 – needle bearing of the 2nd gear carriage gear (remove inner ring, press inner ring); 13 – synchronizer locking ring for 2nd gear (check the degree of wear); 14 – sliding coupling with carriage (sliding hub) synchronizer for 1st and 2nd gears; 15 – synchronizer locking ring for 1st gear (check the degree of wear); 16 – 1st gear carriage gear; 17 – spring; 18 – sliding clutch; 19 – carriage (sliding hub) synchronizer 20 – travel limiters (3 pcs.); 21 – needle bearing (for 1st gear); 22 – thrust bearing; 23 – clutch housing; 24 – compensation gasket (4 for secondary (driven) shaft); 25 – outer ring / tapered roller bearing, small; 26 – Inner ring/ tapered roller bearing, small (forms a pair with the gear for the main transmission, when replacing, replace together); 27 – secondary (driven) shaft 28 – inner ring/ tapered roller bearing, large; 29 – Bearing mount, with outer ring/tapered roller bearing, small, and stop for reverse gear carriage pinion (the outer ring should only be replaced together with the tapered roller bearing, large, and bearing mount); 30 – Hexagon head screw, 25 Nm + turn another 90°
