3. Door hinge: the upper part of the hinge is connected to the lower part using screw "4"; the loop is detachable
4. Screw: To remove the door, this screw must be unscrewed from the door hinge; 23 Nm
5. Socket head screw: installed from the passenger compartment side. Remove the lower trim from the B-pillar; 25 Nm.
6. Door hinge: the lower part of the hinge is connected to the upper part using screw "4"; the loop is detachable
7. Socket head screw: 25 Nm.
8. Screw: 30 Nm; to remove the door, this screw must be unscrewed
9. Door opening limiter
10. Screw: 9 Nm. For door retainer.
11. Internal hexagon screw; installed from the interior side; 25 Nm.
12. Door hinge: the lower part of the hinge is connected to the upper part using a "16" screw; the loop is detachable
13. Socket head screw: 25 Nm.
14. Socket head screw: 40 Nm
15. Door hinge: the upper part of the hinge is connected to the lower part using a "16" screw; the loop is detachable
16. Screw: 23 Nm; to remove the door, this screw must be unscrewed from the hinge axis
Insert wedge -T10383/1 - between collar "3" and retainer "2", "arrow a". Raise retainer "2" with wedge "T10383/1" upwards "arrow b" and disconnect connector. Loosen screws "7" -arrow e- on hinges. Unscrew screws "4" of door travel limiter "5". Move door travel limiter "6" inwards along -arrow d-. Remove door "1" in the direction of -arrow f- from hinges.
Installation
Installation in reverse order. Tightening torque of screws (pos. 7): 23 Nm. Tightening torque of screws (pos. 4): 30 Nm. Set the gaps around the perimeter of the front door.
