Fuel filler neck ground connection (Skoda Octavia 5E)

Route the ground cable as shown in the figure. Check the reliability of the connector fastening. Connector "2" of the ground cable on the threaded ring "3" of the filler neck. Insert the tongue of contact "1" of the ground cable into the fastening hole of the fuel tank bracket "4" and secure with the spacer sleeve "5".

Warning! Danger of electrostatic discharge. After installation, use an ohmmeter to check the electrical connection between the metal ring on the filler neck and the cleaned metal surface on the body. Nominal resistance value: approximately 0 Ohm.
