Instrument cluster equipment



The instrument cluster is available in three versions: 1) Basic configuration with segment display "Basic": without multifunctional display, with multifunctional display; 2) Instrument cluster with information display (TFT) "Medium"; 3) Instrument cluster with color information display (TFT) "Colour". Visually, all instrument clusters look the same.

Adaptation/replacement of the instrument cluster



Enable online mode. When replacing the instrument cluster, connect the Tester before removing the old instrument cluster and select the "Control unit replacement" function in the Guided functions. In this case, the required values are copied from the old instrument cluster to the diagnostic system. If the old instrument cluster is missing or communication with the diagnostic system cannot be established, then act in accordance with the information in the Tester. After installing the new instrument cluster, all keys must be adapted.

Note: After reading the data stored in the control unit, the procedure for performing the work "Adaptation/replacement of the instrument cluster" must be carried out before replacing the instrument cluster.


Switch off the ignition and all electrical consumers. Remove the steering wheel completely and lock it in the lowest position. Detach the lower cover of the front panel "1" and release it from the latches.

Installation



Connect the connector and insert the combination into the mounting hole until the -part- clicks into place. Screw in the screws "2" (1.5 Nm) and install the bottom cover.
