Removal and installation a Bosch voltage regulator
Carefully pry off and remove cover "1" from the generator, the protective cover.
Unscrew the fastening screws "see arrows" (2 Nm) of the voltage regulator and remove the regulator.
Installation in reverse order.

Press the shield cap on the back of the generator "see arrows".
Unscrew screws "1" and unscrew nut "2". Remove the voltage regulator.
Installation in reverse order.
