Attention! Beware of burns from hot steam and hot coolant. When the engine is hot, the fluid in the cooling system is under pressure. When opening, cover the expansion tank cap with a cloth and carefully unscrew it.
Drain coolant. Remove the attachment bracket. Remove bolts -4-, -5- and remove oil cooler -3- with seal -2-.
Installation
Installation in reverse order.
Note: Gaskets and O-rings must be replaced. Secure all hose connections with appropriate standard clamps.
Install engine oil cooler -3- together with new seal -2-. Install the attachment bracket. Fill up the coolant. Fill the engine with oil and check its level.
