With the help of a second mechanic, unlock the clamps "1" on the left and right in the "direction of arrow A". Remove the condenser -3- from the fastening upwards "arrow B". Tie the condenser to the front support panel. Remove the charge air cooler with a downward movement.
Installation
Installation in reverse order.
Note. Hose nipples and air boost system hoses must be cleaned of oil and degreased before installation. Secure all hose connections with the appropriate serial clamps. In order to securely secure the air boost hoses to their nipples, apply a rust converter to the augers of previously used screw clamps before installation.
