Unscrew the "arrow" screw and disconnect the return oil line.
Disconnect connector -1 Loosen lock nut "2" and unscrew the rod. Unscrew the screws "arrows" and remove the boost pressure regulator "V465".
Check the ease of movement of the bypass valve "arrow".
Note: If running is difficult, replace the turbocharger.
Installation
Installation in reverse order. Screw the boost pressure regulator rod into the actuator halfway along the threaded part. Screw on the boost pressure regulator "V465" "3" with the "arrow" screws. Connect connector "1" to the boost pressure regulator "V465".
Set the boost pressure regulator "V465" as follows. Switch on the ignition and select the Tester. Press the following buttons on the display one after the other: 01 - Engine electronics, 01 - Guided functions, 01 - Basic setting, 01 - Setting the boost pressure regulator "V465". Turn the rod to set the nominal value, nominal value. Secure the rod with the lock nut "2". Install the exhaust inlet pipe with the catalytic converter.
