Intercooler
1 – cooler casing; 2 – air intercooler; 3 – cooler mounting bolt; 4 – sealing ring; 5 – air pressure and temperature sensor; 6 – bracket; 7 – sensor mounting bolt; 8 – connecting hose; 9 – upper air duct; 10 – rear air duct mounting bolt; 11 – crankcase ventilation hose branch; 12 – rear air duct; 13 – turbocharger; 14 – lower air duct; 15 – bracket; 16 – lower air duct mounting bolt
1. Remove the right headlight (see subsection 10.8).
2. Disconnect connector 1 with wires from sensor 2. Disconnect hose 3 from the branch pipe.
3. Remove the front buffer.
4. Remove the right front wheel locker.
5. Remove the cooler casing.
6. Disconnect hose 1 from intercooler 3. Loosen mounting bolts 2 and remove the intercooler.
7. Install the intercooler in reverse order.
