Front bumper assembly diagram

- 1 - Front bumper
Partially remove the front wheel arch (fender) liner. Remove the screws (pos. 2). Remove the screws (pos. 3). Remove the bee rivets (pos. 6). Unscrew the screws (pos.5 and pos.7). Remove the bumper towards the front.
Important: Before removing the front bumper, you must disconnect the plug connectors for the fog lights, the plug connector for the electrical wires for the parking sensors and the headlight washer hoses (if they are part of the equipment).
Installation should be carried out in the reverse order of actions.
- 2 - 3.5 Nm
- 3 - 1 Nm
- 4 - Cover piece, left
The covering piece should be removed carefully using lever movements.
Installation
The cover piece should be pressed into the bumper clamps.
- 5 - 1.5 Nm
- 6 - Beekeeping rivet
- 7 - 1.5 Nm
- 8 - Cover piece, right
The covering piece should be removed carefully using lever movements.
Installation
The cover piece should be pressed into the bumper clamps.
- 9 - Cover, left
- 10 - Cover, right
Disassembling the front bumper

- 1 - 1.5 Nm
- 2 - Headlight washer
- 3 - Ventilation grille
- 4 - Bottom grille
- 5 - Headlight washer holder
- 6 - Fog light
- 7 - Jet housing
- 8 - Decorative grille
Using a suitable tool, remove the frame (pos. 9) using a lever motion (depending on the vehicle's equipment). Using a suitable tool, use a lever motion to remove the decorative grille from the bumper.
Installation
Press the decorative grille into the bumper clamps.
Press the frame into the bumper clamps (pos. 9).

- 11 - Front bumper

- 1 - Front bumper bracket
Remove the front bumper. Remove the air duct (pos. 5). Remove the screws (pos. 4). Remove the screws (pos. 2). Remove the front bumper bracket forward. Installation should be carried out in the reverse order of actions.

- 3 - Shock buffer
- 4 - 9 Nm
- 5 - Air duct
