Disassembling the front doors

1. Remove the lower pillar trim.

2. Disconnect plug connector 1 on the stand.

Assembly of front doors

1. Unscrew the locking pin 1 from the upper hinge.

2. Tightening torque of the stud = 20 Nm.

3. Remove the Torx screws 2 (for example, using "V.A.G. 3320/3" with tip "T45").

4. Remove the door from the hinge upwards.
