Caution! When working with seat belts, observe the general safety rules for handling pyrotechnic airbag modules, seat belt pretensioners and battery disconnect devices. Observe the special instructions regarding pretensioners.
Disconnect the battery terminals. Remove the B-pillar trim. Remove the front seat belt clevis. Remove the front belt guide. Unscrew screw "1". Remove the guide clevis "2" with the belt tape.

Warning! Electrostatic charge can cause unexpected operation of the belt tensioner. Therefore, before disconnecting the ignition wire and ground wire, the mechanic must remove the electrostatic charge from himself. To do this, you can, for example, touch the body or the door lock pawl with your hand.
Unlock the connector lock with a small "arrow" screwdriver, disconnect the connector of the pretensioner squib 1 "pos. 1". Unscrew the screw "3" and remove the inertia coil "2".

Installation
Installation is in reverse order. When removing seat belt components as part of post-accident repairs, be sure to replace their screws.
Note: Check that the connector is securely connected and locks into place with an audible click.
Insert the inertia reel with the stopper "1" into the hole "2" "arrow" and tighten the screw.

Connect connector "1" to the pyropatron "arrow A". Press the lock "2" "arrow B", while the connector is brought to the stop and simultaneously fixed in the pyropatron.
Caution! Connect the battery with the ignition on. Unqualified repair of pyrotechnic units (airbags, seat belt pretensioners, etc.) may cause them to operate after connecting the battery. There should be no one in the car when connecting the battery.
