1. Screw: Replace the screw after an accident with the seat belt fastened; 40 Nm

2. Seat belt earring

3. Screws: 4.5 Nm

4. Front belt guide: Observe the installation position when installing.

5. Screw: Replace the screw after an accident with the seat belt fastened; 40 Nm

6. Guide earring: After tightening the screw, it should still move freely.

7. Screw: Replace the screw after an accident with the seat belt fastened; 20 Nm

8. Seat belt height adjuster: Always replace after activating the pretensioner

9. Inertia reel: Driver's side: with driver's belt pretensioner igniter 1 and left front pretensioner control unit. Front passenger side: with front passenger's belt pretensioner igniter 1 and right front pretensioner control unit. With Pre-Crash Basic (PC B) seat belt pretensioner function.

Details and assemblies of the middle rear three-point seat belt

1. Seat belt buckle: With rear seat belt buckle switch on the front passenger side "E259". Always replace after activating the pretensioner. When tightening the nut, it must be pressed down as far as it will go.

2. Nut: Tightening torque: 40 Nm

3. Nut: Replace the nut after an accident with the seat belt fastened. Tightening torque: 40 Nm

5. Middle rear belt guide: If damaged, replace the entire guide. To remove, press the 2 locks inward and pull out the guide. To install, press until you hear it lock into place.

2. Front seat: Driver side: with switch; on the front passenger side with the front passenger seat belt buckle switch. Always replace after activating the pretensioner.

Rear seat belt buckle parts and components

1. Left double lock: With switch. Always replace after activating the pretensioner. When installing the seat belt buckle, press it against the stop. It must be pressed all the way.



2. Middle seat belt buckle: With switch. Always replace after activating the pretensioner. When installing the seat belt buckle, press it against the stop. It must be pressed all the way.

3. Right lock with shackle of the middle rear seat belt; With rear seat belt buckle switch on the front passenger side. Always replace after activating the pretensioner. When tightening the nut, it must be pressed down to the stop.

4. Nut: Replace after an accident with the seat belt fastened; 40 Nm
