Removal and installation the upper wishbone — front-wheel drive vehicles (Skoda Octavia 5E)

Measure dimension "a". Remove the wheel. Remove the suspension spring. Remove the wiring for the speed sensor "1" from the mount "2" on the upper wishbone "arrow". Unscrew the bolt "5" with the nut "3" and washer "4".



Mark the mounting position of the eccentric bolt "3" on the subframe with a felt-tip pen. Unscrew screw "3". Remove the upper transverse arm "1".

Installation

Installation in reverse order. Check wheel alignment angles.
