Removal and installation the cooling system pump (Skoda Octavia 5E)

Drain the coolant. Remove the toothed belt from the camshaft. Unscrew the screw "3", remove the coolant circulation circuit valve through the cylinder head "N489" "pos. 2". Unscrew the screws "arrows" and remove the cooling system pump "1".

Installation

Installation in reverse order.

Note: Replace the sealing rings after removal.

Clean and polish the sealing ring mating surfaces. Lubricate the sealing rings with coolant. Install the toothed belt (adjust valve timing). Fill with coolant.
