Attention! If the vehicle is locked and the door lock (SAFE) is active, people should not remain in the cabin, as they will not be able, if necessary, to open the doors or lower the windows from the inside. Locked doors in an emergency make it difficult for rescuers to get inside the vehicle - life threatening! Locked doors also prevent unauthorized access from outside, such as at intersections. In the event of an accident with the deployment of airbags, the locked doors are automatically unlocked so that rescuers can get into the vehicle. If the central locking fails, only the driver's door can be locked or unlocked with the key. The remaining doors and the boot lid can be locked and unlocked using emergency unlocking or locking.
Key: without remote control / with remote control
The car comes with 2 keys.
A. Key without remote control
B. Key with remote control (radio key)
A transmitter with a battery is installed inside the radio key case (battery). The receiver is located in the cabin of the vehicle. The range of the remote control is about 30 m. When the battery is discharged, the range is reduced. The radio key has a foldable bar, which is used for manual unlocking and locking of the vehicle, as well as for starting the engine. After repair or replacement of the receiving module in the vehicle, the spare key must be initialized at the workshop. Only then can the radio key be used again.
Attention! When leaving the vehicle - even for the shortest time - always remove the key from the ignition. This is especially important if there are children in the car. Children can start the engine or turn on electrical equipment (e.g. e. power windows), which may result in injury! Remove the key from the ignition lock only after the vehicle has come to a complete stop! The steering lock may suddenly engage: risk of accident! If the central locking or burglar alarm responds to the remote control only from a distance of less than 3 meters, the battery must be replaced. If you have lost your key, contact a service station to obtain a duplicate.
