Governing bodies

Governing bodies

Functions of individual governing bodies

A. Temperature adjustment (counterclockwise (left) rotation: decrease temperature, clockwise (right) increase temperature)

B. Fan speed adjustment (stage 0: fan off, stage 6: maximum fan speed)

C. Adjusting the direction of air flow

Turning the rear window heating on/off

Closing/opening the air inlet (recirculation mode)

Attention! To prevent fogging of the glass, the fan must be constantly on.

Air recirculation

The recirculation mode prevents polluted air from entering the car interior, for example when driving through a tunnel or in traffic jams.

Turn on/off

Press the key with the symbol The control lamp under the key lights up. Press the key again. The control lamp under the key goes out. When turning the air distribution regulator in the recirculation mode position, it switches off automatically.

At this regulator position air recirculation can be turned on again by pressing the button again.

Warning! The air recirculation mode should not be left on for a long time, as "stale" air increases driver and passenger fatigue and reduces the ability to concentrate, and under certain conditions also causes fogging of the windows. The risk of an accident increases. Turn off the recirculation mode immediately if the windows begin to fog up.
