Loosen and remove the bolts in sequence -9...1-. Carefully separate the oil separator where it is glued.

Installation



Reinstall in reverse order. Remove sealant residue from the cylinder block and oil pan with a chemical sealant remover. Degrease the mating surfaces.

Caution! Risk of contamination of the lubrication system. Protect exposed engine parts from contamination. The sealant must not be expired (see expiration date).


Cut off the tip of the tube of sealant at the mark located on its end (the hole diameter should be approximately 1.5 mm).

Caution! Excess sealant may clog the lubrication system. The sealant layer thickness must not exceed the prescribed one.


Apply a bead of sealant "arrow" to the cleaned mating surface of the oil separator, as shown in the figure. Thickness of the sealant bead: 1.5 mm. The oil separator must be installed within no more than 5 minutes after applying the sealant.

Install the oil separator and tighten the mounting screws. Tighten the screws in the sequence -1...9-. Install in reverse order. Install the noise-insulating casing.
