Loosen the screws "1" and "2" of the oil pump. Remove the oil pump from the pins on the cylinder block with a straight movement.
Remove gasket "1" from the "arrow" pins.
Installation
Install a new gasket "1" on the pins "arrows". Turn the gear wheel of the oil pump so that the 2 diametrically opposite notches "arrows" are as shown in the figure. Install the oil pump on the pins.
Tightening torques
Tighten the new mounting screws "1" to 8 Nm and turn an additional +90° (¼ turn). Tighten the mounting screws "2" to 20 Nm. Install a new crankshaft oil seal on the pulley side. Install the oil pan. Install the generator. Install the tensioner with new mounting screws "arrows" and tighten them to 20 Nm +90° (¼ turn). Install the toothed belt.
Removal and installation the oil level and temperature sensor "G266"
Drain the oil from the engine. Disconnect connector "3". Unscrew screws "1" and remove the oil level and temperature sensor "G266" "pos. 4".
Installation
Installation in reverse order.
Note: Replace sealing ring "2" and lubricate it before installation.
Fill the engine with oil and check its level.
