Carefully! Contamination can cause functional impairment. The injectors may only be removed when the engine is cold.
Remove intake manifold. Remove fuel rail. Remove O-ring -3- from injector -1-. Disconnect the connector from the corresponding injector electrical connector.
Remove the support ring -1- from the injector by prying it out with a screwdriver -2-.
Fit jig -T10133/18- to injector.
Gently apply a few light, «rebounding» blows on the mandrel to move the nozzle.
Instruction. Use a torque wrench to remove the injector. Set on torque wrench 5 Nm.
Insert puller -T10133/19- into groove on injector. Place tool -T10133/16 A- on puller. Remove the injector by screwing in the screw -1-. If, after reaching the limit torque of 5 Nm, the nozzle still cannot be disconnected, remove the Puller. Remake the nozzle with tool T10133/18-. Repeat these operations on each of the nozzles.
Note: Failure to comply with the limit torque can easily lead to the destruction of the fore-t of the sunk. Before each injector reinstallation, the combustion chamber O-ring must be replaced.
Remove the seal for the bottom of the intake manifold.
