Caution! Contamination may cause malfunctions. Injectors may only be removed when the engine is cold.
Remove the intake manifold. Remove the fuel rail. Remove the sealing ring "3" from the injector "1". Disconnect the connector from the corresponding injector electrical connector.

Remove the support ring "1" from the injector by prying it off with a screwdriver "2".

Install the "T10133/18" mandrel on the injector.

Carefully apply several light, "bounce" blows to the mandrel to loosen the nozzle.
Note: Use a torque wrench to remove the injector. Set the torque wrench to 5 Nm.

Insert the puller "T10133/19" into the groove on the injector. Install the device -T10133/16 A- on the puller. Remove the injector by screwing in screw "1". If the injector still cannot be disconnected after reaching the maximum torque of 5 Nm, remove the puller. Reprocess the injector using the mandrel T10133/18-. Repeat these operations on each of the injectors.

Note: Failure to comply with the torque limit can easily lead to the destruction of the injector. The combustion chamber sealing ring must be replaced before each reinstallation of the injector.
Remove the seal for the lower part of the intake manifold.
